1. Initial Discussion
After your inquiry, we schedule a phone call to understand your service offerings and identify any immediate compliance obstacles that might prevent a review.2. Pre-Compliance Review Day
Next, we arrange an in-depth discussion to cover all aspects of our compliance standards and the legislation that underpins them. During this day, we address any potential “showstoppers” or areas requiring updates before a full review. No preparation is needed beyond providing employment contracts and relevant documents for our reference.3. Compliance Review
Once preliminary actions are complete, you’re ready for a comprehensive Compliance Review. We document your operational processes and gather supporting documentation, ensuring consistent application of standards. Upon successful completion, you earn Approved Provider status.4. Verification
If documentation is insufficient, especially for newly adjusted processes, we conduct verification within three months to ensure compliance alignment.5. Ongoing Compliance
As an Approved Provider, ongoing compliance is key. You’ll receive regular updates via our Provider Intell Newsletters, along with a biennial formal review to verify ongoing adherence to compliance standards.6. Membership Terms
Approved Providers must inform us of any operational changes. New services must be pre-approved to maintain compliance. Non-compliance may result in suspension of Approved status until alignment is confirmed.
